Row 20 / 15 cal m/f ( only 1 time )

then

1+1+1.... burpees

2 + 2 +2 ... alt DB snatch ( 2 each arm, then 4 per each arm etc )

3 + 3 + 3 air squat

 

start at 1 burpee, 2 alt db snatch, 3 air squats each time - don't start where you left off
