warm up with complex

every 1:30 do the following x 6 - increase wt each set

1 Hang power snatch

1 OHS

1 hang squat snatch

 

15 Minute AMRAP

60 DU / 90 SU - or practice for 60 secs

20 T2B or 30 HKR

10 Hang squat snatch ( 135 / 95 )

 

*** DU - if you are ok but need work, then do the minute of practice

*** snatches - choose a wt that you can do for multiple reps - medium wt

*** break up T2B in sets you can do and still have some left in the tank
