20 Rep Squats - week 5

increase warm up wts on sets 2 and 3

 

DAY 1 - Squats + Bench / kB row - wendler 3's / 3 heavy KB row ( every 2.5 minutes )

WOD - Row 1000 M

 

DAY 2 - Squats + SLDL 3 x 6 ( add wt from last week )

WOD - 5 x every 2 minutes - 4 ring row / 8 burpees / 12 sit ups - rest remainder

 

DAY 3 - Squats + overhead press / pull ups ( wendler 3 + 5 pull ups after each set of OH press ) ( every 2.5 minutes )

WOD - 5 sets - 25 DU / 2 Turkish get ups per side

 

IF doing 2 days squats - Day 2 w/0 squats - walking lunges down the gym and back x 2- holding KB overhead ( right down, left back )
