20 Rep Squats - week 2

DAY 1 - Squats + Bench / pull ups - Bench Wendler 3's - 5 pull ups immediately after each set of Bench - every 2.5 minutes

WOD - Row 500 M / rest 2 minutes x 3

 

DAY 2 - Squats + SLDL  3 x 10

WOD - 5 rounds- bike 1 min - alt DB swings 30 sec

 

DAY 3 - Squats + Press / Row - wendler 3's - every 2.5 minutes

WOD - 1-10 Burpees - after each burpee, take the same number of breaths before doing the next burpee

do a burpee, one breath, 2 burpees, 2 breaths, 3 burpees, 3 breaths.....

 

2 x week - do DAY 2 w/o squats - sub 5 sets of 10 ( 5 per foot ) reverse lunges holding 1 KB
