15 minutes to build up to a heavy single DL **** this does not mean you have to max out, just as heavy as you can go today


WOD 5 sets - every 3 minutes - you finish before 3 minutes, you get to rest

15 plate hops

5 Thrusters ( add wt each round )


*** plate hops - wt is on the floor, your feet are on the ground - hop onto the plate and hop off...

*** thrusters - all sets should be unbroken so don't go too heavy

*** goal is to finish fast so you have more rest time

*** have the extra wt for the thrusters near your station at the beginning of the workout so you don't lose time chasing after weights !!!
