5 rounds - every 2 minutes - do all 3 exercises then rest remainder of 2 minutes - this is meant for HEAVY WTS

6 sitting alt DB overhead press ( 3 per side ) ( go heavy )

6 KB row ( 3 per side ) ( go heavy )

6 bulgarian split squats ( back leg up on bench or box , squat with the forward leg ( 3 per side )

 

WOD - 5 rounds

10 box step ups holding 1 DB ( 5 per leg )

10 HOD push ups

10 Sandbag cleans over shoulder ( 5 per side )
