5 @ 35%, 45%, 55%, 60%, 68%, 75%

 

10 minutes to work on snatches

 

WOD - 12 min AMRAP

1 + 1 + 1... hang power snatch ( 95 / 65 )

1 + 1 + 1... burpee box jump over

 

*** goal is steady pace

*** choose a wt on snatches that will allow you to continue to go unbroken thru round 5... looking at a lighter wt that allows for conditioning vs heavy
