Today is a training day for what I think are possible movements in 20.4 - 20-5

none of this is designed to beat you up but to be comfortable being uncomfortable

 

4 x every 4 minutes - rest remainder

lunge 24' w db - rx overhead - scale on shoulder

10 alt db snatch

10 step up w db - alt legs

2 bar or ring MU /5 C2B or strict pull ups

(50 / 35 db )

rest 5 minutes

15-10-5 cal row

30 -20-10 wall ball
