leg stretches ( lunge, pigeon pose )

Hang Power Snatch

Back Squat

Bench press

Bent over Row

5 @ 40%

5 @ 50%

5 @ 60%

3 @ 70%

3 @ 80%

amap @ 90%

every 2 minutes except between 5th and 6th set

*** if you did not do so last week - add 10# to your 90% of back squat ( for example, if your max back squat is 300#, you used 90% ( 270# ) for your numbers - so today you would use 280# to base your percentages

*** add 5# to your 90% of bench and row
