Hang power snatch, Back squat, bench press, Bent row

all with same rep scheme - done every 2 minutes -

for the Back Squat, bench and row add wt to your "working max" and take % from there ( 10# on squat, 5# on bench and row )

5 @ 40%

5 @ 50%

5 @ 60%

5 @ 65%

5 @ 75%

max reps @ 85% ( goal 5-10 reps )
