10 laying glute ham bridges

6 turkish get ups ( 3 per side )

 

WOD - 5 rounds

12 sandbag cleans ( alt shoulders - 6 each )

carry sandbag to other end

10 parallel burpees over sandbag

carry sandbag back to beginninig
