Hang power clean, Back Squat, Bench Press, Bent row

 

All lifts are 5 - 3 - 1

5 @ 45%

5 @ 55%

5 @ 65%

5 @ 75%

3 @ 85%

AMAP @ 95% ( 2-3 reps )

 

each lift every 2 minutes

2 minute transition to next lift
