WOD

Lunge 100 feet with 1 DB overhead or on shoulder ( 25 feet x 4 )

50 DB step up on box - alternate feet

25 HSPU or 25 HOD push up or 25 ring push ups

12 Bar Muscle up or 25 pull ups

Run 600 ( block )

 

*** scale HSPU to a number that is safe for YOU - 10 or 15...

*** pull ups - anyway you want - C2B, butterfly, kipping, banded...
