warm up with empty bar practicing each lift

 

Lift every 2 minutes -

Press - 5 sets x 5 reps - increase wt to heavy set of 5

Push Press - 4 x 3 reps - increase wt from press - heavy set of 3

Jerk - 3 x 1rep - increase from push press - increase wt to heavy single

 

WOD - 5 rounds

30 DU / 10 Thrusters ( 115 / 75 )

*** cap 10 minutes

*** use a moderate wt that you would possibly break once per round
