10 alt db press ( 5 per arm - rt lt rt lt... )

10 lying Glute ham bridge ( hold 2 sec at top ) ( can put feet on bench for more difficult )

10 sumo DL kb high pull (  one kb )

 

WOD - 15 min amrap

Run 100 M w sandbag on shoulders

1 + 1 + 1 ... box jump

1 + 1 + 1 ... push up

1 + 1 + 1 .. ring row
