Wendler 531 - take 90% of your max - that is your "working max" from which you base your percentages

Hang power clean, Back Squat, Bench press, bent row ( guess - aim for 4-6 reps )

5 @ 40%

5 @ 50%

5 @ 60%

3 @ 70%

3 @ 80%

amap @ 90% ( aim for 4-6 reps )

 

lift every two minutes, 2 minutes between each exercise to set up for the next one
