We are going to be doing Wendler 531 for Power Hour for  a few months.  What is Wendler 531 ?

 Take 90% of your one rep max for the lifts - that is your "new working" one rep max and this is what the percentages are based on... so if you back squat is 300, 90% of that is 270 and that is the number you'll be working off of

in this order

Hang power cleans, Back Squat,  Bench Press, Bent over row ( guess on this )

Week 1 - 5's

5 @ 40%

5 @ 50%

5 @ 60%

5 @ 65%

5 @ 75%

amap @ 85% ( aim for 7-10 reps )

 

These lifts will be every 2 minutes

2 minutes between each movement for set up for next lift
