15 minutes to stretch and warm up with movements

5 Rounds - every 3 minutes ( do exercise 1, 2, 3 in a row, then rest remainder )

10 DB bench press

8 DB rows per arm

10 KB straight leg DL ( 1 heavy KB )

 

10 minutes to warm up for wod

WOD

Row 1000 M

50 static lunges ( 25 per foot )

50 sit ups ( or 25 T2B )

50 KB swings

row 1000 M
