4 rounds - emom

1 - db seated press x 8

2 - 5 strict pull ups

3 - 10 stiff leg DL with 2 db or kb

*** scale wt - for pull ups use bands or 3 negatives

 

WOD - 10 - 8 - 6 -4 -2

alt arm kb swing ( so r/l x 10 each arm, then 8 each arm.. etc )

run 100 M with medball ( stays the same each round )

box jump 

run 100 M  w med ball

push ups - HOD

*** this is a fast workout - all sets should be unbroken

*** box jumps - scale height - no step ups unless injured
