Squats - 12 x EMOM

Even - 2 Front squat

Odd - 4 back squat

 

use 65-68% of your one rep max back squat ( same as your 75% of 3 rep max ( which is approx 90% of 1 rep )

*** if last week killed you, stay with the same wt or consider lowering it

*** if your legs were fine, then go ahead and increase wt slightly

*** if you have not done this amount of squats recently or ever, then it's 1 front squat, 2 back squat per round

 

WOD - 3 rounds

run 400 M

12 DB snatches ( alt arms )

21 single DB squats

( hold on shoulders, behind head or goblet squat )

*** you choose wt - same wt for snatches and squats ***
