Push Jerk

5 sets x 3 reps - every 2 minutes

set 1 - 60% max

set 2 - 65%

sets 3-5 - 70%

 

WOD - 12 min AMRAP

21 KB swings OH

14 KB reverse lunges ( 7 per foot ) ( hold KB in goblet position )

7 Push jerks ( 155 / 105 )  ( choose a wt that is challenging but can be done in 2 sets ( 4-3 etc )
