2 Hang squat cleans + 1 jerk

set 1 - 60%

2 - 65%

3 - 70%

4 - 75%

5-6-7 - build up to moderate weight ( 80-85%)

 

WOD 

21 Cal row / 400 M run

15 cal row / 250 m run

9 cal row / 100 m run

immediately followed by

21 hang squat clean into thruster ( 135 / 95 )
