WOD - D-Day

1 Round

Row 1000 M ( to shore )

Run 600 M ( from shore to cover )

30 Burpee box step over ( jumping over obstacles and taking cover )

Sandbag carry on shoulder to alley and back ( switch shoulders at alley ) ( carry wounded buddy back to beach )

KB carry - in one hand - 400 M - switch hands at alley ( carry  supplies back to the front )

20 sit ups - punching combo - jab cross hook cross at the top of the sit up ( the fight )

30 jumping jacks ( telling everyone you took the hill !!!!! )
