Warm up -

lunge / pigion / squat hold - 30 sec each

15 air squat

Empty barbell squat x 15 40% squat 2 x 10

LIFT: Squat 5x5@50%, every 2 min

WARM-UP: calf stretch against wall 30 sec/side, 10 tuck jumps Empty barbell snatch x 10, then 4-5 minutes to get to working weight

WOD: 3 rounds:

30 Box jumps

20 Snatches (115/75)

10 Pull ups ( C2B or strict )
