WARM-UP: Down dog- plank-up dog – hold each position 15 seconds (x5) couch stretch 2x30 sec - puppy dog 30 sec, lying twist 30 sec side, KB squat hold 2 x 30 sec

WOD: 4 Rounds

25 wall balls

25 sit ups

25 burpees

25 Russian twists (use med ball)
