WARM-UP:

10 arm circles forward and backward, 20 windmills, down dog 30 sec hold, 10 pushups

Empty bar bench press x 10 40% bench press x 10

LIFT: Bench Press 5x10@50%, every 2 min

WARM-UP: arm circles; up/down dog x 3; 30 sec plank hold, then… 3 Rounds; NFT 3 wall walks 10 pushups

WOD: AMRAP – 15 minutes

5 HSPU/30 sec HS hold

5 Hang power clean (145/105)

10 front rack alt. lunges ( 5 per side )
