warm up

20 jump jacks / 20 windmills

lunge / one knee twist / pigeon - 60 sec each

3 x 10 pass thur / 5 x around head / 10 behind neck press

3 rounds of 10 squats / hand stand hold 20 sec / 5 pull ups

 

1 round of 10 db thrusters ( lighter wt ) / 10 db rows per arm

WOD

10 - 1 db thrusters

10 - 1 pull ups / ring rows

 

end day with planks
