5 HSPU or 10 HOD push ups ( on toes ) or 5 ring push ups

3 DL ( 60% max)

5 Box Jump

4 Minutes

2 rounds

4 HSPU / 8 HOD / 4 ring push ups

3 DL

6 box jump

4 Minutes

2 rounds

3 HSPU / 6 HOD push ups / 3 ring push ups

3 DL

7 box jump

4 Minutes

2 rounds

2 HSPU / 4 HOD push up / 2 ring push up

3 DL

8 box jump

4 Minutes

2 rounds

1 HSPU / 2 HOD push up / 1 ring push up

3 DL

9 box jump

 

Rest remainder of the 4 minutes if you get done early

If you do not finish the round, start immediately with HSPU / push ups for the next round
