Even rounds - 5 thrusters @ 95 / 65  / Row 20 Cal

Odd rounds - 10 WB / 5 C2B pull up / strict pull up

 

Practice WB and Thrusters for this and next week :)

 

Volume kept pretty low on purpose - keep you fresh for Thursday or Friday - so burn through this quickly
