2 rounds of 10 OHS / 10 C2B pull ups

Minutes 3-6

2 rounds of 12 OHS / 12 C2B pull ups

Minutes 6-9

2 rounds of 14 OHS / 14 C2B pull ups

Minutes 9-12

2 rounds of 16 OHS / 16 C2B pull ups

Minutes 12-15

2 rounds of 18 OHS / 18 C2B pull ups

etc until you cannot complete both rounds

Wt ( 95 / 65 )

 

*** everyone will do up to 15 minutes

*** if you fail to reach the reps, still continue - if you are in the middle of a round, quit that round and start the next  -

example - you are in the middle of the second round of 14 Pull ups and time is called - stop and start on the 16 OHS
