Jumping lunges ( 5 x 10 reps ) every 90 secs

from a lunge, jump and reverse position of leg = 1

example - right foot forward, left is back - jump and put left leg forward and right leg to the rear

 

Every 2 minutes x 5

3 power snatch, 2 OHS, 1 snatch balance -

increase wt each set to a heavy last set

 

Every 2 minutes x 5

10, 8, 6, 4 , 2 thrusters

increase wt each set to reach a very heavy final set of 2

( yes I said a very heavy set !!! )
