5 Power cleans, 5 front squat, 5 shoulder to overhead, 5 barbell face burpees

1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 shoulder to overhead, 1 burpee

as heavy as possible last set

 

end day with tabata row - 8 x 20 sec work / 10 sec rest
