The Bear Complex !!!  Whoa !!!

 

5 sets of

7x through of

 

power clean

front squat

shoulder to overhead

back squat

shoulder to overhead

 

Here are the rules

1 - complete all 5 movements 7 x through ( 1 set )

2 - cannot drop barbell - ends set

3 - separate movements - no squat cleans, thrusters etc

4 - arms are fully extended overhead

5 - you can rest with barbell in hang, front squat or back squat position as long as needed - just don't drop it

6 - increase weight each set - work up to a max for the day

7 - rest as needed between sets

8 - you will get the whole hour - brief warm up and go
