A little fun / different workout to end the week

 

5 rounds - each station = 1 minute work / 30 sec rest between stations

 

KB carry to corner and back

tire flip jump through

slam balls to the side ( right left right left etc )

battle ropes

bike for cals ( min 15 / 12 )

 

can do outside for all movements if nice :)
