"Although I have only been in the bootcamp program for the past 3 weeks, it has been a tremendous experience thus far. I am a collegiate athlete and in the Army, but have heard and seen people even more physically fit than I am become fitter, stronger and healthier through CrossFIt. Since joining I have taken my diet more seriously more so with proper protein intake both before and after a workout along with making better choices on what does and doesn't go on my plate. However, what I've enjoyed the most is how CrossFit doesn't just focus on cardio, weightlifting or arms/abs, the WODs are designed to cover every part of fitness in every category listed and hitting them differently with a different WOD a day makes going to CrossFit exciting. Not knowing what is in store with the WOD of that day and wanting to go is awesome."
