CrossFit Games WOD 12.3 18 minute AMRAP (each rep counts, so at the end, even partial rounds = points) 15 box jumps (24 / 20) 12 Push Press (115 / 75) 9 Toes 2 Bar ****** There will be scaled versions for intermediate / beginners ****** EVERYONE can do this workout - this WOD will be Friday AND Saturday's WOD - so come to one or the other, but not both.
