Warm up - Wt'd pull ups  5 x 5  or 5 x 5 jumping with slow negative (on the minute, for 5 minutes) Bench Press - 3 sets of warm up - 5, 5, 5 then 3 x 5 (70% of 1 rep max or add 5# to last workout) WOD 5 rounds 15 wall balls / 10 burpees 1
