Warm-up: Circle-jog 25/10# - 3 min. 20 Air Squat 20 PVC OHS 20 Push-ups Skill: Dip Practice - 3x5 Ring dips, assisted ring dips, or paralletes Strength Work - BACK SQUAT FIRST Back Squat - 3x5 @ 75% 1RM or +5lbs from last week Front Squat - 3x5 @ 75% 1RM or +5lbs from last week WOD: 5 minutes 30 Second Plank 30 Second - AMAP Burpees
